Architectural Control Committee
The Oklahoma Association – Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s) require homeowners have an approved Exterior Alteration Applications for projects that would change the exterior appearance of the house or property. This requirement is intended to ensure compliance with the CCR’s, to maintain the high quality of life in our community and to assure that your property values are not adversely affected by the actions of your neighbors. It is very important that an application be submitted and approved before starting an exterior home or yard project. This will assure the homeowner that their project conforms to the requirements of the association’s documents.

● Resurface Tennis and Basketball Courts, as needed.
● Solicit bids for the replacement of the Tennis Court surface and surrounding fence with gate.
● Evaluate the refurbishing of all “original” nature Trails.

Welcoming Committee
If you know of anyone who has recently moved into our development, who has not been visited by a member of the Oklahoma Estates Homeowners Association, please contact us at: info@oklahomaassociation.com.
Social Committee
If you like to be involved, have some fun and get to know your neighbors. The social committee has an activity for you! Each year we plan events to ensure that the elements of fun and unity are not absent in our community.
● We begin the year with our annual Spring Fling, with something for both young and old!
● In the Spring we also have our Community Yard Sale, to aid in everyone’s “spring cleaning” efforts.
● The Fall Festival/Chili Cook Off is in October where we all gather for costume contests, games and prizes.
● In December we have our annual Cocoa Cruise, with free cocoa and candy canes, and the judging of all the Holiday decorations!
The fundamental principle underlying each gathering is engaging the community in the art of mingling. After each event the participants linger to converse with one another sharing refreshments and more importantly, catching up on the latest news in the area. So come on out, take time to share in the exciting happenings and enjoy the community that we have built together!
